This is no emotive year-end fundraiser.

I'm writing to ask for money for the organisational costs of Radstock - and I'd be first to agree it's not the most exciting thing to write, or read about.

As many of you know, Radstock runs on a tiny budget compared to many organisations and churches.

Most of the money we receive from generous individuals and churches through Radstock straight to partner projects, churches and workers: the lifeblood of our network of churches connected for global mission.

In 2024, across the Balkans, Northern Europe, US, and Canada combined we expect to spend c.$160,000 to pay 10 part time staff and cover back-'office'* expenses. While our small administration fee on gifts helps, it's not quite enough, and this year every region has struggled financially.

Radstock is often described as a family, and this doesn't happen by accident. We are blessed by those who volunteer and/or are self-funding. We pay a handful of people to fulfil a few part-time roles, helping to develop and support these family relationships, as well as managing funding around the world with care and integrity so that money reaches people safely. You could call it the circulatory system for the lifeblood of church partnerships. 

While much of that looks like spreadsheets and emails, it all enables us as a network to keep developing partnerships, creating opportunities, coaching churches and providing expertise.

So - as those who love to see mission at the heart of local churches and local churches at the heart of mission - would you consider giving (or giving more!) to help keep up going, as a year-end gift or new year pledge? We appreciate both mostly donors, and one-time gifts.
