Seedtime, a micro-enterprise development organization in Mongolia, recently celebrated the launch of a new credit union located in the Gobi Desert.

This is an exciting moment for small business in the Gobi.  The credit union, called "Spreading the Blessing," is now capitalised and tasked to grow its own resources from the finances they have received. The first loans are already in the field! Mongolians in this isolated area can begin their own small businesses, supporting themselves and their families and strengthening their communities. There are already success stories to share; for example, Tuya, who started a Kingdom-based bakery in one of the Gobi's scattered settlements using Seedtime's training, now faces the future with confidence. 

Please do pray for the continued success of Seedtime and the new credit union. This is a wonderful opportunity for believers to influence their communities with the gospel, both by running businesses of integrity and providing the start-up funds for others to succeed as well.
