A church near Reykjavik, Iceland has recently joined the Radstock network!

Gunnar Gunnarsson pastors the church, called Loftstofan: “the upper room." Gunnar explains that the church’s name “came from the thought that we wanted to belong to a community of people who would serve the role that the upper room served in Acts 2: it was a place for the disciples to come together to grow to know God and each other intimately, but then they went out to spread the gospel. Likewise, we want to be a key player in sending people out, planting churches, and so forth.”

Loftstofan is located in Garðabær, a township in the greater Reykjavik area; it’s about a 10 minute drive from downtown Reykjavik.

Please join us in praying for Loftstofan: for Gunnar as he leads the church, for the financial support this young church needs, for leaders to be raised up who carry the vision for sharing the gospel, and that within three years they would be able to plant another church to keep proclaiming the great mercy of Jesus to Iceland and the world.
