Radstock has regional teams providing leadership and governance. They are responsible for developing Radstock's work in their regions.
These teams help churches to engage more fully in mission within their region as well as partner with Radstock church planting projects in other parts of the world.
Our Network Coordination Team engages with member churches throughout Radstock's global network to develop leadership structures appropriate to their context.

Altin has served as an elder, youth ministry leader, worship ministry leader with the Disciples Church in Durres. By profession a translator, he recently became field administrator of a mission organization in Albania.
After moving to Durrës with his wife Juliana and their three children, he became more aware of Radstock’s ministry, especially the church plant initiative in Macedonia. Visiting various church plants in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Mongolia helped him embrace the vision of Radstock, joining the Radstock Balkans board in 2018.
Altin is very passionate about worship and involved with teaching at SELAH Worship & Art Ministries and its Worship School in Albania.
Kejdis (“KAY-dis”) was born into the harshly atheistic regime of Enver Hoxha’s Albania. He became a follower of Jesus at university and later joined the staff of Cru.
After more than 15 years of student ministry in Albania and Kosovo, Kejdis became the regional leader for Global Church Movements — an initiative to foster church planting across the world. Kejdis planted and co-leads Eagles Church in the Albanian capital, Tirana, and is founder of the “2020 Church Planting Network”, a movement to foster church planting in Albania and beyond.
A passionate evangelist, insightful strategist and master discipler on a personal level, Kejdis and his wife Rudina are also deeply involved in evangelism through social media, particularly among those of a Muslim background.
The Bakallis live in Tirana with their three children and a bouncy English setter who is too big for their flat but too lovable to give away.
Paulin is pastor of Dardania Evangelical Church in Gjilan, Kosovo. He was born and raised in the north of Albania, and became a Christian during his obligatory military service.
He was discipled as a member of Disciples of Jesus Church in the city of Shkodër, where he met his wife, Violete and eventually became the pastor.
They answered God’s call to move with their three children to Kosovo in 2011, and have a long-term commitment to see churches planted and multiplied in that young nation.
Paulin rivals google in his knowledge of Albanian football, is a passionate Juventus supporter, and an expert in the ancient Albanian tradition of distilling “raki”.
