Northern Europe Board

Regional Boards

Radstock has regional teams providing leadership and governance. They are responsible for developing Radstock's work in their regions.

These teams help churches to engage more fully in mission within their region as well as partner with Radstock church planting projects in other parts of the world.

Our Network Coordination Team engages with member churches throughout Radstock's global network to develop leadership structures appropriate to their context.

Anthony Adams

Anthony is based in the UK and works to develop partnerships primarily across Europe and Asia. He is passionate about seeing churches all over the world grasp what it means to be both globally minded and serving and blessing their own communities.

Anthony is a teacher involved in a number of educational roles.  He is also the leader of Urban Life, a community in inner city Derby, UK.

Married to Emma with five children, he is a music lover, guitarist, canoeist, Liverpool FC supporter, and car enthusiast... all exercised with varying degrees of skill and passion!

Jo Bird

Jo is Global Ministries lead at Stopsley Baptist Church. SBC has been a member of Radstock for many years and through this partnership has connected with churches in the Balkans and Cambodia. Jo is committed to helping the church family engage with global mission by getting to know our mission partners personally which then leads to praying, giving and going!

Jo is married to Tim and they have 4 boys aged between 18 and 26. When she's not busy making sure the fridge is stocked up she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the cinema, doing pilates and travelling!

Gunnar Ingi Gunnarsson

Gunnar Ingi Gunnarsson is the teaching pastor at Loftstofan Baptistakirkja in Kopavogur, Iceland, which he got called to start back in 2013.  He lives there with his wife Svava María and their three children.

Gunnar loves books, history, theology and sociology, and he’s also very much into memes, videography.  To relax, he enjoys watching The Office, which keeps him aware of things to never suggest in a Radstock board meeting.

He is an occasional contributor to various online publications, but mostly he spends his time and energy trying to be an ordinary pastor in Iceland, serving an extraordinary and amazing God, and trying to be a great husband to his wife and father to his children.

Katy Jones Parry

Katy Jones Parry has been involved with Radstock - on a board or leadership team - on and off since 2005, loving how Radstock’s vision honours and empowers any local church to find their part in God’s global mission.

Katy is married to Mark and they live in north London, UK, with their two young sons (and many others passing through their home). Together they have been part of several church plants in London, and since 2015 Mark has been pastor of St Cuthberts, Wood Green, seeking to serve Jesus in the majority non-British local community - reminding us that mission is always local and always global!

Lysle Osborne

Lysle is an elder at Stopsley Baptist Church in Luton, and as a member of the church’s Global Mission Team, is a driving force in the church’s engagement in Cambodia, in particular.

Having spent most of his working life in business administration and project management, Lysle has now retired. He and his wife Debby enjoy travel and eating out and love to combine the two. Lysle is a season ticket holder at Luton Town Football Club.

Rick Spencer

Rick is an elder at Kinsale Baptist Church, a small, evangelical, church plant in Kinsale, Co. Cork, Ireland. With a passion for the local church and its mission to reach people with the gospel, Rick, his wife Sue, and their three children moved to Ireland in 2013 as tent makers.

Rick is a chemical engineer working for a pharmaceutical company. Sue is a homemaker. They both enjoy serving in the local community to build bridges for the gospel.
