Churches in the Baltic states of Latvia and Lithuania were some of the first to benefit when Radstock Ministries developed its early connections beyond Russia. One partnership that has maintained its relationship with the wider Radstock network is that between Carrigaline Baptist Church, Ireland and a Baptist church in Rezekne, Latvia.

After a Radstock mission consultation in 2006, the church family in Carrigaline are now working on ideas to build the relationship with the church in Rezekne, for the sake of mission in Latvia, Ireland and perhaps beyond!
