Teams
Radstock deploys a team of people to help churches develop their mission strategy and to facilitate participation in the wider network. Those individuals are organized as the Network Development Team and the Network Support Team
The Network Development Team
Anthony Adams
Anthony Adams serves as Radstock's UK Director and is particularly involved with initiatives in Kosovo, Ukraine and India. He is passionate about seeing churches equipped and planted all over world as outposts of the kingdom of God, and wants to help mobilise churches to play their part in that. In addition to his work with Radstock, Anthony leads 'Urban Life', a new church plant in a multi-cultural part of Derby, UK, while also 'tent-making' as a school teacher for part of his time. Married to Emma, with four young children, he is a music lover, guitarist, canoeist, Liverpool FC supporter, and car enthusiast ...all exercised with varying degrees of skill and passion. Some better, some worse!

Arvid Gogaj

The newest member of the Network Development Team, Arvid is the senior pastor of Disciples' Church in Durres, Albania. Arvid is married to Rudina and they have a son, Daniel. Arvid’s heart is to see local churches plant healthy local churches and to see Albanian Christians sent into global mission. Disciples' Church has already planted one church in a nearby village, Sukth, who in turn are starting to plant a church in the next village - Jube. The Durres church are now releasing Arvid and his family to plant a church in Western Macedonia – part of their dream to plant many churches among ethnic Albanians across and beyond the Balkans. Arvid’s other passions are expository teaching of the Bible, football and meat!

Brian Jose
Brian is Radstock's Executive Director. His work integrates his commitment to developing the Radstock church network, energising global mission and local church planting initiatives by his home church (Stopsley Baptist, Luton, UK), and fostering a mission movement amongst churches in Albania, where he and his wife, Audrey, spend four months per year. Brian cut his teeth in mission beginning in 1980, working in Eastern Europe in the communist era, and remains passionate about seeing churches in that part of the world play their part in global mission. Brian brings a breadth of experience as missionary, mission agency leader, church leader and consultant to churches. He gets energised by working with teams -- within the Radstock church network, his own church, or on the ice with his recreational hockey club, the Milton Keynes Jesters. Brian's two grown daughters reflect their parents' cross-cultural experience -- they were born in Austria, carry Canadian passports and live in the UK.

Paul Williams
Paul Williams is Radstock's Eurasia Director. Seen here in a bear-hunter's hut in Siberia (he's quite friendly though!), Paul has been involved in the Radstock network for over 10 years, his earliest involvement being with the church in Russia. More recently, he has been involved in a church planting movement in the Gobi Desert in Mongolia and helping local churches in Hungary get into global mission.
Until December 2008, Paul was associate minister at St. Mary's Church in Harlow, UK, where his brief involved helping the church to become more mission-focused. Paul is now full-time in the network, and is based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Paul's passions in ministry include forging Gospel partnerships across cultures, and seeing 'emerging' countries take up their privilege of sending churches into mission. Paul's hobbies include teasing Arvid (see above) - or is that a ministry? He is single, loves the company of his friends, speaks Russian, is learning Mongolian (yes, really!), enjoys travelling, mushy peas, walking, cycling, and has recently defected from PC to Mac!
