Part-time Finance Administrator
10-15 hours/week; Location flexible within the UK/work from home
Radstock, a global network of churches connected for mission, seeks a part-time Network Finance Administrator. The Finance Administrator supports the ministry of Radstock by overseeing financial operations of the network, ensuring finances are stewarded and reported professionally, individual and church contact records are kept accurately, and the administrative needs of both the Trustees and the UK office are met.
The ideal candidate has the following:
- Relevant work experience and/or training in bookkeeping
- Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently
- Flexibility and willingness to respond quickly and solve problems when urgent financial issues arise (usually overseas)
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with little day-to-day interaction with supervisor
- Ability to improve and develop systems and processes
- Ability to be trained in contact management system
